I dined at a fantastic restaurant with a beautiful view and the restroom was large with amenities like hair dryers, shower caps, and bath towels.

Everything was excellent, efficient staff, amazing views of the mountains. The room was big and included a sleeping area and closet space, really enjoyed it. An outdoor restaurant with nice view was an advantage. This place was just what we had in mind, recommend.

The breakfast here is great, and the location is very close to indoor restaurants.

The hotel has an excellent location close to the popular JATIM Park and situated on the hills of this city, providing a great view of the surroundings. The hotel facilities were exceptional, especially the three different pools available for guests to use. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choices to satisfy anyone's preferences. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We spent our Christmas vacation at a modern hotel with great family-friendly amenities. We took advantage of the two complementary facts offered, which included a slide at the pool that was so much fun for the kids. the key location near Jatim Park 2 was very convenient for us to visit.

The rooms were not as clean as we had hoped, with sticky marks on the doors and sliding doors. We found it odd that we were not provided with hand towels or face towels, only two bath towels.

Guests can easily access various popular attractions, such as Jatim Park, all of which are located nearby. the room is spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is abundant and delicious. the hotel offers a nice pool area and free bikes to use at their convenience.

The rooms were spacious and the rainshower had good pressure. The balcony overlooked beautiful scenery and the location was ideal for exploring the area. We also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea in the room.

Our romantic escape was quickly ruined by the lack of staff, as service was poor throughout our stay. The hotel seemed to be geared towards families with noisy children running around during breakfast.

We were impressed by the spacious and comfortable room that provided exclusive amenities. With a beautiful garden area, quality gym and a large outdoor pool with a slide, it was easy to find activities that pleased everyone's interests. the helpful staff and fast check-in also impressed us.

We did notice that some areas could benefit from some updates. the bathroom needed some touch-ups and the bathtub and tiles showed signs of age.
